Description - These pieces of Wagyu Striploin / Sirloin are probably best when thinly sliced and eaten in dishes such as Shyabu-Shyabu or Hot Pot. They can also be eaten as a steaks for those who like buttery and rich flavours. It has a Marble Grading of 7 which is a medium to high level of fat.
All our beef is hormone and antibiotic-free and restaurant quality, so we know you'll love it.
All of our chilled products can be stored in the fridge for approx. 2-3 days before freezing is required. All frozen products can be stored in the freezer for approx. 3 months from delivery.
