Description - Perfect to cook in a fry pan or on the grill. Be sure not to overcook them as they will only need around 3-4 minutes each side to cook. Can be served simply as a steak or covered in bread crumbs and served as pork schnitzel.

Our chilled products can be stored in the fridge for approx. 2-3 days before freezing is required. Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for approx. 3 months from delivery.
