Description - Scallops are sweet, buttery, and delicate parcels of flavour and they’re super healthy as well. Clearwater’s Scallops are shucked and frozen within an hour of catch, without any additives or chemicals added. You can sauté, grill, stir fry or bake them - just don’t overcook them!
These scallops are extremely fresh and are restaurant quality, so we know you'll love them.
Our chilled products can be stored in the fridge for approx. 2-3 days before freezing is required. Frozen products can be stored in the freezer for approx. 3 months from delivery.
